Alarm Technology

SitexOrbis' temporary wireless intruder and damage alarms can be switched on or off remotely by mobile phone, allowing access to contractors or potential tenants/buyers. Each alarm can take up to 32 peripherals including movement, tampering, smoke and water leak detectors.

Monitoring and Patrolling

SitexOrbis can remotely monitor the internal and external condition of your property. Our patrols deter attacks and quickly identify and advise you of problems and render the property safe and clean.

Workflow Technology

Our teams utilise job scheduling and control systems on hand-held terminals that communicate job details and records job status (visible on client web portal) including digital photographs. These reports are available to clients on a weekly or monthly basis.

Management Information

In addition to the data available from the web portal, customers are provided with information on Key Performance Indicators in pre-agreed formats to prove that SitexOrbis are operating within service level agreement targets.
