Customer Satisfaction

A customer satisfaction survey carried out in September 2008 by market research analysts, The Leadership Factor, has confirmed that Orbis is the UK's number one provider of empty property security and asset management.

The telephone survey covered over 230 property owners from the public and private sectors. This included Orbis' and their competitor's clients, who agreed to take part in an in-depth interview to gather their thoughts and experience of 20 key points of service. These included speed of response, effectiveness in handling any problems, value for money, accuracy of invoicing, quality of workmanship, customer commitment and how the companies delivered what was promised to them.
