SitexOrbis’ Emergency Repairs and Maintenance Support Line

This service provides clients with an out-of-hours response service for emergency repairs.

Experienced staff are ready and trained to respond to each call. Calls are filtered according to your specified protocol to ensure only true emergency calls are escalated to nominated contractors. Secure but easy to use web reporting provides detailed management reports which allow you to monitor your contractor’s performance against service level agreements.

Anti-social Behaviour Help/Support Lines

This service provides clients with an out of hours or full 24/7 response for customers requiring help/support for reporting incidents of antisocial behaviour. The SitexOrbis response teams have all had specific training in ASB and the sensitivities associated with this type of service.

The service has recently been upgraded to provide the client with a fully interactive on-line solution with which they can manage and track progress of cases. These latest changes are viewed very positively by customers as it saves them purchasing their own software.

Emergency Response (Disaster Recovery and Manpower Mobilisation)

SitexOrbis can supply organisations with a 24/7 response centre service that provides key management with a single point of contact to invoke business continuity plans or disaster recovery procedures.

The solution provides live voice or text alerts to designated contacts and full management reporting of all incidents and activity via secure internet access. All reports can be downloaded as csv files and manipulated in Microsoft Excel.
