SitexOrbis wins 2 contracts in the city of Salford
20-Dec-2007SitexOrbis has won two contracts to secure and protect empty properties in the North West city of Salford.
Salix Homes and New Prospect Housing Limited, Salford City Council’s Housing Managementorganisations, which between them manage more than 26,000 homes on behalf of Salford City Council, have both appointed SitexOrbis.
Paul Lister, Maintenance Manager for Salix Homes, said: "SitexOrbis' bid was not only highly competitive, but also placed great emphasis on providing excellent service to both ourselves and the communities we work in, helping us create safer, stronger communities in Central Salford"
Nigel Sedman, Assistant Director Property and Asset Management at New Prospect, added: "We are confident that this partnership will benefit homes, estates and communities in Salford and will help us to deliver a high quality housing management service to our customers."
SitexOrbis, which clears, cleans and secures more than 50,000 properties a year for over 1,000 clients, has been awarded the contracts for two years.
