SitexOrbis comes out top in empty property services survey
25-Nov-2008UK social housing managers have rated SitexOrbis the contractor they would most recommend for securing and cleaning empty properties in an independent survey by the Leadership Factor of 250 organisations.
Top priorities for delivering a good service noted by those surveyed were speed of response to emergency situations, handling problems well and value for money.
SitexOrbis out performed competitors in the majority of the 20 satisfaction ratings, exceeded service industry standards and had a high percentage of happy customers.
The survey results are to be used in Pride, a new management project that is to be launched by SitexOrbis in the New Year to achieve even better service levels.
Director Mark Cosh said: “To develop, we need to know what people think of us, what we do well and what we could do better, so we can improve. Our goal is to boost our satisfaction rating in 2009 and to remain the leader in looking after empty social housing.”
Both clients and non-clients of SitexOrbis took part in the survey.
