New Look SitexOrbis Wins New Business

SitexOrbis has strengthened its position as the UK's leader in empty property protection by winning more than £500,000 of new business.

Dumfries & Galloway Housing Partnership and West Yorkshire Police are just two of the organisations to award contracts to SitexOrbis — just months after a major revamp at the company.

The new contracts cover empty property protection in Scotland and emergency boarding of properties for the police.

Mark Cosh, SitexOrbis' sales & marketing director, said the contract wins from other companies in the sector showed SitexOrbis was rapidly reaping the benefits from its fresh, refocused approach to business.

Earlier this year SitexOrbis began rolling out key improvements to the way it looks after its customers, including boosting its 24/7 response operations and investing in stock and technology.

The four-year contract with Dumfries & Galloway Housing Partnership will see SitexOrbis securing and protecting empty properties due for demolition.

The Partnership, which is Scotland's second largest landlord with around 10,600 properties on its books, is transforming communities as part of the largest ongoing Neighbourhood Renewal Programme in Scotland.
