SitexOrbis wins £900,000 in vacant property and specialised cleaning contracts
Vacant property management specialist SitexOrbis has recently won £900,000 worth of contracts to manage vacant property and perform specialised cleaning services.
The seven contract wins are with property services company NPS NW Limited and with social housing organisations Rochdale Boroughwide Housing, Wolverhampton Homes, Sandwell Homes, Newport City Homes, Dale and Valley Homes, and Vela Group.
Work being done for clients includes providing void security such as steel screens, doors and alarms, and drying and clearing water damaged properties.
Mark Cosh, European Director of SitexOrbis, is particularly encouraged that the contracts are for a combination of new and retained clients.
