On 9 January 2008, Orbis (now SitexOrbis) was re-fi nanced through the buy-out of its holding company by Insite Service Management Limited. This transaction has significantly reduced the group’s debt, and provided an injection of new cash enabling Orbis to re-invest in its people, operating infrastructure and strategic development.
